As of 25 August 2025, we will no longer be shipping cards and gifts to the US. This is due to the introduction of new import tariffs. We hope re-start US sales as soon as possible when the confusion around how to navigate this dynamic situation is resolved.
UPDATE: We are now able to ship cards to the US. We are still looking into a workable shipping solution for our running gifts. Please accept our continued apologies.
Shipping Policy
Free UK shipping on all orders.
All items are dispatched same or next working day.
Greetings cards are sent Royal Mail 1st class post.
Gifts are sent Royal Mail 2nd class post or by Evri 2-3 day courier.
International Shipping
Greeting Cards, Prints and Notebooks international shipping fees: £3.20 per order.
Mugs, Infuser Water Bottles international shipping fees: £6.00 per order.
All items are sent by Royal Mail International Standard shipping.
Estimated delivery times of 3-7 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, we'd be happy to help. Please get in touch within fourteen days of delivery. You will need to return the original item to us within thirty days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping and costs. The item must be returned in its original condition.
